Nearly everyone in and around college football will be keeping a close eye on this weekend’s matchup between Alabama and Tennessee.
The Vols are set to host the Crimson Tide in a game that will put the winner on a clear path to the College Football Playoff (both teams are currently 5-1).
Tennessee has won the last two matchups in Knoxville.
Former Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops predicts winner of Alabama vs Tennessee
Former Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops made his picks for this weekend’s biggest games.
And he has Alabama getting the win over Tennessee on Saturday in Neyland Stadium.
“They’ve looked really strong,” said Stoops of Alabama. “I’m going to take Alabama. Tennessee’s been winning by one score and been in tighter games. Alabama, coming off that Georgia game, will have something to prove. So I’ll take Alabama.”
Stoops, by the way, has nailed his last two predictions for Alabama vs Tennessee. He had the Vols winning at home in 2024 and then he picked Alabama to win in Tuscaloosa last season.
Tennessee and Alabama are set to kick off at 3:30 PM ET on Saturday. The game will air on ABC.
