There hasn’t been a week it seems like the Cowboys haven’t been dealing with some sort of litany of injuries or covid situations. Things could be looking up however with the latest injury report coming out of today’s practice.

While covid continues to shake up the Cowboys staff and players for that matter, the on-field injuries are on the up and up.

The only player listed as not practicing 2 days before the game is WR Cedric Wilson. Wilson is dealing with an ankle injury suffered on Thanksgiving.

Both Lamb (concussion) and Elliott (knee) were full participants the past2 days and DE Tarell Basham was upgraded to full.

As for Cowboys star wideout Amari Cooper, his status for Thursday is still unclear. Cooper is still not feeling well from covid symptoms which are hampering his ability to practice.

Head Coach Mike McCarthy, who will be out Thursday due to being placed on the covid list, stated Wednesday’s practice will determine Cooper’s status for the game on Thursday.

If Cooper is not able to go it will be his 3rd game missed due to contracting the virus.

New Orleans Saints injury report

The Saints are dealing with some concerning injuries of their own heading into Thursday’s match-up.

The good news is running backs Alvin Kamar and Mark Ingram have had positive practice reports and could be in line to return to face the Cowboys.

The bad news, starting tackles Ryan Ramszyk and Terron Armstead did not practice 2 days prior to the game.

If both are out New Orleans will have backup tackles in with their 3rd string QB Taysom Hill.
