DALLAS – The NFL is set to hold its annual schedule release ceremony on Thursday night, but the league decided to toss the Cowboys -and their fans- a bone Wednesday morning in the form of one of Dallas’ scheduled games.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the Cowboys will travel up to Green Bay to take on Aaron Rodgers and the Packers for a Sunday afternoon matchup in Week 10. It’s the first confirmed game for the Cowboys, and it’s the second confirmed game for the Packers.
More scheduling nuggets: Mike McCarthy and the Dallas Cowboys will travel to Green Bay in Week 10 to face the Packers on Sunday, Nov. 13, at 4:25 ET.

The matchup marks the 38th meeting between two of the NFL’s most historic and tradition-rich franchises. The series was tied at 17-17 as recently as 2017, but three straight Packers victories have given the Packers a 20-17 series lead.
The Cowboys are 1-3 against the Packers ever since Dak Prescott was drafted in 2016. Prescott led the Cowboys to a 30-16 victory that year, but has lost every matchup since. Including a 34-31 loss to the Packers in the Divisional Round of the 2016-2017 playoffs.
The rest of the Cowboys’ schedule will be released at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 12.
