The Las Vegas Raiders hired Josh McDaniels during last off-season. That came after the conclusion of a strong finish to the season in 2021-2022.

After firing Jon Gruden, Rich Bisaccia replaced him.

The Raiders took off once he became head coach. Bisaccia brought a unique energy to the team, and they also got some luck in their favor.

They were dominant in close games to end the season, but their run ended early in the postseason. Regardless, it brought some hype back to the Raiders.

Players and fans alike loved Bisaccia and his work for the team.

Now, he is getting some more attention for a potential HC job. It isn’t in Las Vegas, though. The Colts interviewed Bisaccia on Friday.

For Raiders fans, it would be tough to see him at the helm for another team after the franchise chose to not bring him back.

Bisaccia is currently the special teams coach for the Green Bay Packers. There’s no doubt that players enjoy playing for him, but getting a full-time head coach gig would be a new experience for him.

There would be plenty of pressure on him in Indianapolis, but Bisaccia certainly deserves the interview and potential opportunity.
