On Monday, the NCAA’s Board of Directors announced new “guidance” for name, image, and likeness (NIL) for colleges and athletes. Obviously, many people are now concerned that this could mean that the NCAA will be coming after schools that have heavily utilized NIL in recruiting, such as Tennessee. On this week’s Big Orange Podcast, Zach Ragan and I talked about the NCAA’s, frankly, pathetic attempt to get serious about NIL and what it could mean for Tennessee.
