It’s time. Time for a new Tennessee Vols football season.

Time for a new Vols coach.

Time for full crowds back in Neyland Stadium.

And it’s also time to announce some very exciting things happening here at A to Z Sports to go along with the excitement of Big Orange football.

First off, I (Charlie Burris) and former Vols quarterback Jonathan Crompton will be hosting a live-stream show called Big Orange Gameday that will air during halftime and immediately following every UT game. We will be giving our immediate reactions to the action and Jonathan will bring insight that only a former Tennessee quarterback can. You won’t want to miss this and you can watch it only on A to Z Sports Twitter, Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube.

Second, I’ll personally be getting back to writing about UT sports after a few years off from my former job as a full-time media member covering the Vols. I’ll be penning weekly hot takes on all things Tennessee and now that I’m no longer an actual reporter but instead just an avid fan of the Big Orange, I’ll be taking off the filter and expanding on the opinions that folks have been hearing from me for more than a year now on the A to Z Sports Big Orange Podcast with myself and Zach Ragan. I’ve been looking forward to writing columns again for a long time and now that I can’t get yelled at by UT administrators if I write something controversial, it should be a lot of fun.

With that said, here’s my very first hot take of the year: Big Orange Gameday with Jonathan Crompton, the Big Orange Podcast, and all of the content at atozsports.com will have the best analysis of the Vols on the internet. It’s undoubtedly true and I’m definitely not biased when I say that. Thanks for reading, listening, and watching. Go Vols!
