I don't know exactly what to expect when the Alabama Crimson Tide visit Knoxville on Saturday to take on the Tennessee Vols, but one thing I do know is that everyone in Neyland Stadium is going to hear plenty of Rocky Top.

Alabama players are already prepping for hearing Rocky Top by blaring it during practice in the locker room this week.

Crimson Tide defensive lineman Tim Smith was asked on Tuesday what he thinks about the song and he admitted that it's a "catchy" tune while also calling it "annoying".

"It's catchy," said Smith. "It's a little bit catchy. It's annoying, I ain't going to lie. They've been playing it since 6 AM this morning to be honest with you, but it definitely is catchy. I don't listen to country music anyway, so that's probably the only song from Tennessee I know."

Alabama's apparently been blasting the song everywhere in their facility this week.

"Everywhere, weight room, training room," added Smith when asked where Alabama has been playing the song. "They tried to play it in the locker room, but we turned that off. We're cool on that. Everywhere, even at practice."

Smith might find himself singing along to Rocky Top on Saturday night as much as he's heard it this week.

Blaring Rocky Top during practice the week before playing Tennessee might be one of the most underrated "traditions" in the SEC.
