Only two former Tennessee Vols players were selected over the first two days of the 2026 NFL Draft.

Cornerback Colton Hood was selected by the New York Giants with the No. 37 overall pick, while wide receiver Chris Brazzell was selected by the Carolina Panthers with the No. 83 overall pick.

Several other former Vols should hear their name called on Day 3 of the draft.

ESPN’s Jordan Reid predicts that two former Vols will get selected very early on Day 3 of the draft.

Reid has the Arizona Cardinals drafting EDGE Joshua Josephs with the fourth pick on Day 3 of the draft (No. 104 overall). He then has the Los Angeles Chargers selecting cornerback Jermod McCoy with the No. 105 overall pick.

This is about the range where Josephs was expected to be drafted.

McCoy, though, was viewed as a likely top 15 pick before news broke earlier this week that he could require a second knee surgery (McCoy missed the entire 2025 season with a torn ACL). The second surgery would keep McCoy out for an extended period of time.

Day 3 of the 2026 NFL Draft will begin with Round 4 at 12:00 PM ET on Saturday.
