Former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jauan Jennings did some typical "Jauan Jennings things" on Thanksgiving night in the San Francisco 49ers' 31-13 win against the Seattle Seahawks.

In the first quarter, with the 49ers facing a third-and-seven, Jennings, a seventh-round pick by San Francisco in 2020, caught a pass about five yards shot of the first down marker.

Three Seahawks defenders immediately converged on Jennings.

Vols news

In the above photo, Jennings is three or four yards short of the line to gain and he has three defenders about to tackle him. And somehow, the former Vol broke those tackles and surged forward for the yardage necessary to gain a first down.

It's easy to see why Jennings has become known as third-and-Jauan in San Fran.

That was Jennings' only catch against the Seahawks, but he made sure it was a memorable one.
