Vegas insider and former Caesars Sportsbook oddsmaker Todd Fuhrman thinks the Tennessee Vols will be big favorites in an upcoming rivalry game.

Fuhrman joined 104.5 The Zone's 3HL on Wednesday to discuss the betting lines for this weekend's most intriguing games.

During the discussion, Fuhrman was asked by 3HL's Brent Dougherty what he thinks the spread would currently be for Tennessee's game against the Gators later this month (Tennessee and Florida will play in Knoxville on October 12).

"I think we'll get into that no mans land, barring that we don't see any real unusual result, where we're going to be talking about Tennessee [being a favorite] definitely north of two touchdowns," said Fuhrman. "But I would have it pegged more in that 17 to 20 [point] range."

Who would've thought a few years ago that Tennessee would be a nearly three touchdown favorite against Florida?

The Vols will need to take care of business against Arkansas this weekend for that potential spread to hold up against Florida (and UCF will probably need to play the Gators fairly close this weekend). But it sounds like if all goes as expected for Tennessee in Fayetteville this weekend, then they'll enter Florida week as massive favorites.

If Tennessee finds a way to blow out Florida, then the hype for the Alabama game in Knoxville the following weekend will be out of this world.
