Former Tennessee WR Jauan Jennings is already making crazy plays with the Minnesota Vikings
Former Tennessee Volunteers wide receiver Jauan Jennings signed with the Minnesota Vikings as a free agent last month. Jennings spent the first six seasons of his career with the San Francisco 49ers.
After spending the first six seasons of his career with the San Francisco 49ers, former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jauan Jennings signed a one-year deal with the Minnesota Vikings earlier this spring.
And Jennings is already making some crazy plays in Vikings minicamp.
A clip of Jennings making an impressive juggling catch down the sideline went viral this week.
That’s just another day at the office for Jennings. Vikings fans will see plenty of that from the former Vol this fall.
Kyler Murray is a fan of Jauan Jennings
Two-time Pro Bowl quarterback Kyler Murray, who also signed with the Vikings this offseason, made it clear last week that he’s a fan of Jennings.
Murray, who previously played for the Arizona Cardinals, saw Jennings up close in the NFC west for the last six seasons.
“Jauan, honestly, getting to meet him now, it’s been great,” said Murray. “I understand the type of competitor that he is. He’s kind of given us fits for the past couple of years. He’s just really a dog. You throw it his way, pretty ugly, whatever way it gets done, you know. That’s the type of guy he is, and the type of energy and juice he brings to the team and to the field.”
It won’t be long before Jennings is a fan favorite in Minnesota, just like he was in San Francisco.
