Tennessee was ranked No. 25 in the AP Top 25 before bowl season.

But thanks to their win against Iowa in the Citrus Bowl, the Vols climbed all the way to No. 17 in the final AP Top 25.

The only SEC teams ranked ahead of the Vols are Georgia, Alabama, Missouri, Ole Miss, and LSU.

Tennessee finished the season ranked ahead of notable programs like Clemson, Iowa, and USC (unranked).
