Treylon Burks looked like a completely different player after a rocky rookie minicamp during the Titans’ practice on Wednesday.

The Titans released a short clip of Burks’ performance in team drills and it did not disappoint.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill delivered a beautiful pass over cornerback Kristian Fulton, allowing Burks to display his elite athleticism that the Titans fell in love with during his college days at Arkansas.

“Just went and made a play for Ryan,” said Burks on the grab. “Just to gain that respect, and to let him know that I’m always going to be there when he needs something.”

Following the action on the field, Burks spent a brief period of time with Titans media.

He revealed that he has lost 5-6 pounds and feels much better about his level of conditioning.

“It’s made a pretty big difference with my asthma and breathing. Really just being able to handle it a lot better,” added Burks.

Though the team is just two days into training camp, the reports detailing Burks’ growth appear to be accurate. Burks’ availability will be crucial in building a rapport with Tannehill, who will be building chemistry with a host of new receivers as training camp ramps up.
