Tennessee locked in head football coach Josh Heupel for the foreseeable future with a raise and extension on Tuesday. This is welcome news for Vol fans who just enjoyed watching Heupel take the Vols to their first 11-win season since 2001. Heupel will make $9 million per year plus incentives. It's a very hefty sum but given what Heupel has done in Knoxville so far and what he could do in the future, he actually might be getting underpaid at that amount.
