The Denver Broncos just made a ton of changes to their team this offseason, and the free agency period or the draft hasn't even started yet.

With how bad last season went, it was time to make some changes to the coaching staff. It is safe to say that the only area that wasn't bad was the defense, and even Ejiro Evero had to be replaced too.

The Broncos went and cleaned house when it comes to the coaching staff. They got their guy in Sean Payton, who put together a great staff, including one of the best special teams coordinators of all time, according to one former Broncos player.

Nick Ferguson, who played for the Broncos from 2003-2007 and the Jets before that, said Mike Westhoff is one of the best to do it when it comes to special teams.

We all know that a special teams coordinator was going to be needed because Dwayne Stukes, the former coordinator, was fired mid-season last year. That's how bad that area was. This hire was huge because of how important special teams are.

Ferguson played special teams during his time in the NFL, so if there is anyone that knows something good about that area of football, I feel like Ferguson does, as she gave crazy good praise to Westhoff.
