The Houston Texans are a playoff team. Yes, you read that right; after everything they have been through between now and the last time this team made the playoffs, they have somehow managed to make it again.

It wasn't pretty by any means, but with a rookie offensive coordinator, a rookie head coach, and a rookie quarterback, they somehow found a way.

While we would all like to stay in this season even longer, as it has been a magical one that not many saw coming – there was an announcement for the 2024 season that gives the Texans a bit of a sweet surprise.

On Sunday, a day after the Texans made the playoffs, the 2024 home and away opponents were announced for every team. Here are the opponents for the Houston Texans:

Home: Colts, Jags, Titans, Bears, Lions, Bills, Dolphins, Ravens.

Away: Colts, Jags, Titans, Patriots, Jets, Chiefs, Cowboys, Packers, Vikings.

This has the Texans playing some very good competition in 2024, like the Miami Dolphins, Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs, and Dallas Cowboys, but it also sees them playing some teams who could be pretty bad.
