NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that the Colts have signed Jack Anderson to their active roster from their practice squad.
The Buffalo Bills drafted Jack Anderson with the 236th pick in the 7th round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Anderson wouldn't make the Bills 53-man roster in 2021, and the Philadelphia Eagles would sign him to their active roster off the Bills practice squad mid-season. He appeared in two games with the Eagles in 2021, including a single start. Last season he signed with the New York Giants, where he was able to appear in 12 games and start two.
Anderson has the ability to play both guard and center, which gives the Colts a versatile lineman on the 53-man roster. No corresponding move has been announced yet by the team, but a roster move has to occur to make room for Anderson on the active roster.
