The Kansas City Chiefs are preparing to host the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4.

Injury luck is beginning to turn around a bit for Kansas City, as every active player on the roster participated in practice in some form on Wednesday. Unfortunately for the Ravens, they are hurting immensely coming off a short week after falling to the Detroit Lions on Monday night. Let’s examine each team’s injury reports belove.

KEY: DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related

Observations:

  • It is important to note that Wednesday’s practice was a walkthrough for the Ravens since they just played on Monday. All of their injury designations are an estimate.
  • Ravens coach John Harbaugh as already ruled out Madubuike playing against the Chiefs this week as he is battling through what could be a serious neck injury. That is a huge loss for an already struggling Baltimore defense, as Madubuike was a Pro Bowler in 2024.
  • Stanley, Ricard, and Van Noy are also 2024 Pro Bowlers who didn’t practice on Wednesday. We’ll get a clearer picture of their availability for Sunday’s game on Thursday and Friday, but obviously being without any of them would make things even tougher for Baltimore.
  • Likely has not played yet this season, but could be on track to making his season debut against Kansas City. He would give the Ravens’ passing attack a big boost.

KEY: DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related

Observations:

  • Fulton and Danna returning after not practicing at all last week is very encouraging. They both missed last week’s game against the New York Giants, but have taken the first step in potentially coming back this week to play against Baltimore.
  • After weeks of being limited, Worthy has practiced in full for the first time since sustaining his separated shoulder injury in Week 1. He came close to suiting up against New York last week, so it appears he is on track to return against the Ravens on Sunday.
  • Cook sustained a scary looking neck injury against the Giants last week, but remarkably returned and finished the game. Although he’s listed on the injury report, Cook practiced in full on Wednesday and appears to be fine moving forward.
  • Despite not getting any snaps against New York last week, Royals is continuing to practice in full and should be getting integrated within the offense soon.
