The announcement came with an emotional speech from the legendary quarterback and plenty of heartfelt responses on social media from his former teammates.
Marques Colston was Brees' top receiver for nearly a decade. He was a quiet, reserved player that was driven by the offense's impressive success alongside his QB. He kept his head down and dominated, always getting overlooked nationally but never by Saints fans. He posted a great message to Brees after the HOF announcement.

Colston was inducted into the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame alongside Reggie Bush in October of 2019.
