2026 Buccaneers Practice Squad Tracker: Keeping up with all the signings and updated roster moves

The Buccaneers are now looking at filling out their practice squad after roster cuts, therefore, we need to put up a tracker to keep up with everything.

The 2026 Buccaneers practice squad tracker is now live.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, along with the rest of the NFL, turned in final roster cuts on Sunday. So now, the attention turns to building out the practice squad, either through waiver claims or free agent additions.

Remember, players with three or fewer accrued seasons will have to go through waivers, while vested veterans (four or more accrued seasons) can sign with any team of their choosing. An accrued season is where a player is on an active roster, IR, or PUP for at least six games in a single season. Players on practice squads do not receive accrued seasons unless they find their way into the above criteria at some point during the regular season.

An NFL practice squad consists of up to 16 players, with a 17th designation for International Pathway Program players. With all the being said, below is the Buccaneers practice squad tracker:

  • Per FOX Sports’ Greg Auman, the Buccaneers are bringing back Dean Patterson after a successful presesason. Per Pro Football Focus, he lead the team with 13 receptions on 17 targets for 82 yards.
  • FOX Sports’ Greg Auman also reported the following additions/re-signings:
    • RB Josh Williams
    • DL Jayson Jones
    • OL Ben Scott
    • TE Devin Culp
    • WR Eric Rivers
    • OL Henry Lutovsky
    • CB Roman Parodie
    • S J.J. Roberts
  • Per FOX Sports’ Greg Auman, WR Garrett Greene and S Ifeatu Melifonwou are re-joining the Buccaneers via the practice squad.
  • Per ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Buccaneers have reunited with former second-round pick Sean Murphy-Bunting, who was let go by the Arizona Cardinals.
  • Per Fox Sports’ Greg Auman, the Buccaneers have added the following players to the practice squad:
    • OLB Yasir Holmes
    • OT Paul Rubelt (He’ll be granted the IPP exemption)
    • LB Javin Wright
    • S Rashad Wisdom
  • Per FOX Sports’ Greg Auman, the Buccaneers are adding veteran QB Easton Stick, who played under Zac Robinson while they were in Atlanta.

This is the Buccaneers’ first edition of their 2026 practice squad, as all 17 spots have been filled.
