The Tampa Bay Buccaneers received some good news regarding Chris Godwin's latest hamstring injury.

Godwin left the Buccaneers' season opening win against the Dallas Cowboys with a limp, which had many Buccaneers fans concerned since he's been slowly recovering some a serioous knee injury he suffered last season.

But it was later reported that Godwin was suffering from a hamstring injury.

These injuries are tricky and are difficult to handle because soft tissue injuries like these can stick for an unknown amount of time.

Luckily for the Buccaneers though, it appears further testing has revealed some encouraging news.

If Godwin has to miss any time, it appears the Buccaneers might be able to survive due to the emergence of Julio Jones.

But Godwin potentially missing any more time after he just returned certainly isn't ideal either.
