It was thought that veteran tight end and former first-round pick Kyle Rudolph would have a sizable role on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense when he was signed back in late July.

As of Week 1, that's not the case.

Rudolph was included with the Buccaneers' six other inactives Sunday night. The list includes wide receiver Scotty Miller, running back Ke'Shawn Vaughn, cornerback Zyon McCollum, tackle Fred Johnson, quarterback Kyle Trask.

The Buccaneers will roll with Cameron Brate, Cade Otton, and Ko Kieft as their active tight ends on Sunday night.
