One of the Georgia Bulldogs' top 2026 recruiting targets is set to announce his commitment next week.

2026 four-star tight end Brock Harris announced on Tuesday that he'll reveal his commitment on April 7 at 3:00 PM CT/4:00 PM ET on the 247Sports Ultimate College Football Show.

Harris will be choosing between BYU, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Oregon, and Utah.

Harris, 6-foot-6/238 lbs from Saint George, UT, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 5 tight end in the nation and the No. 1 player in the state of Utah. He's also rated as the No. 56 overall player in the 2026 recruiting class.

"I really like the college town feel it has," said Harris to On3 of his interest in Georgia. "The atmosphere was awesome. The way the offense uses the tight ends is huge. That’s what gets me excited about Georgia is their tight end use and how they tell me I could come in there and learn and become the next great tight end and then get to the league.”

Harris' commitment and his pending announcement is certainly unique. The four-star recruit will announce his decision before taking official visits this spring/summer. Additionally, Harris will go on an 18-month church mission trip beginning next January.
