The Ravens are hiring former Colts head coach Chuch Pagano to their coaching staff

Chuck Pagano was the Colts' head coach from 2012 to 2017. He finished with a 53-43 record and led the team to three playoff appearances with 11 wins in each of his first three seasons. He was ultimately fired following the 2017 season when the team finished with the worst record of his tenure, 4-12.
After being fired by the Colts, Pagano went on to be named the defensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears in 2019, where he spent two seasons. He's been out of the league since, and now, after four seasons away, he is returning with the Ravens. It won't be his first time in Baltimore, though. He was hired in 2008 as the Ravens secondary coach and spent three years in the role before being promoted to the team's defensive coordinator for the 2011 season. His head coach for his entire tenure in Baltimore was John Harbaugh. Fourteen years later, the two reunite, with Pagano returning to his roots of working with the team's secondary.
He will work with star players Kyle Hamilton and Marlon Humphrey, as well as the team's 2024 first-round pick, Nate Wiggins. Although Pagano's time in Indianapolis didn't end as he would have liked, he kept ties with the city. His yearly Chuck Strong gala has raised millions for cancer research, and he has become a regular guest on The Pat McAfee Show, which typically films in downtown Indianapolis. It seems that most fans have gotten past the rocky final season and have grown to look back on Pagano fondly as a coach and even more so as a human. So, I think I speak for most Colts fans when I say I'm excited that Chuck is getting this opportunity to do what he loves to do: coach.
