The Minnesota Vikings are getting healthier at the right time of the season. They started the week with five players on the injury report and that number is now down to one.
Cornerback Stephon Gilmore is the only player on the final injury report. He is listed as questionable after he missed last week's game against the Atlanta Falcons after injuring his hamstring in the second quarter against the Arizona Cardinals
Gilmore had yet to practice during the week after missing the entire week of practice last week leading into the game against the Falcons. This week, he didn't practice on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday but got out there for a bit on Saturday afternoon.
The even better news for the Vikings is the return of Pat Jones II who also missed last Sunday's game. Andrew Van Ginkel, Aaron Jones and Josh Oliver also saw themselves removed from the injury report.
The Bears' injury report is a little less optimistic. They will be without three player, including a critical starter on defense.
- OL Ryan Bates: Out
- DL Gervon Dexter: Out
- RB Roschon Johnson: Out
- RB D'Andre Swift: Questionable
Swift is arguably the biggest name on here, as he is the starting running back for the Bears. If he doesn't play, that's going to be a problem for the Bears on offense, especially with Johnson already ruled out.
The Vikings and Bears kick off at 7 p.m. on Monday night.
