With quarterback Aaron Rodgers now fully recovered from his Achillies injury from last year, the Jets can move forward with their Super Bowl aspirations. They have a loaded roster on both sides of the ball and could be an AFC powerhouse if they put it all together. If New York and defensive end Haason Reddick can come to a contract agreement, he'll give the defense a huge boost.
