The Minnesota Vikings have finalized their roster cuts and set their initial 53-man roster. It was a long process to figure out which players they were going to cut and keep and tough decisions had to be made, including moving on from Lewis Cine, Kewsi Adofo-Mensah's first draft pick.
They didn't waste any time in forming the practice squad, as they signed both Myles Gaskin and Bobby McCain to the practice squad before waivers cleared. They could do that because they are vested veterans.
Once the Vikings found out who cleared waivers, they finalized the rest of the practice squad, as only RB Kene Nwangwu got claimed by the New Orleans Saints.
