The Buffalo Bills have lost their All-Pro CB Tre'Davious White for the season with a torn Achilles.

White suffered the injury stopping a fourth down late in the contest against the Miami Dolphins. Immediately after the play, White could be seen on the ground throwing his helmet in anger. It was clear that he knew this injury was serious. With White injured, the fanbase is distraught. White was a strong leader on and off the field and his presence is going to be missed.

However, Sean McDermott provided the fanbase with some good news, while the timing wasn't perfect. The team has made it official that legendary pass rusher Von Miller is going to be officially practicing.

Sal Capaccio, Bills beat and sideline reporter highlighted that the team will take it "one day at a time" when it comes to bringing Miller back up to full speed. Nevertheless, it gives this defense a big boost after losing White.

Cappacio continued, reminding fans that the team will now have 21 days from his very first practice to move him up to the active roster. For right now, the team will not be forced to make any roster moves until he's bumped up.

The defensive line has been wreaking havoc on opposing QBs all season. In fact, the team is currently tied for 1st in the NFL in total sacks with 16, all without Miller on the football field. Pair that with McDermott's ability to brilliantly call a defense (so far this season) and this defense could get even scarier.

Matt Milano, Terel Bernard, Micah Hyde, and Jordan Poyer all sitting back in coverage while the defensive line feasts could wind up being the difference in matchups moving forward.

While this doesn't soften the blow of the injury to Tre White, there are still some really big positives happening with this team, especially on the defensive side of the football.
