The New England Patriots released their first injury report of the week on Wednesday ahead of their Week 4 matchup against the New Orleans Saints.

The team had perfect attendance at practice, with only LB Matthew Judon and CB Christian Gonzalez missing. However, this was expected as the two sustained long-term and possibly season-ending injuries on Sunday and are expected to be moved to injured reserve in the coming days. 

There are a lot of names on the report, with a few new faces making an appearance.

DL Trey Flowers and DB Cody Davis were added to the reports, with the two appearing at practicing after spending the first four weeks on the PUP list. They were joined by OL Riley Reiff who appears to be getting ready to come off injured reserve. 

Because they were spotted at practice, the 21-day practice period has begun. 

Top RB Rhamondre Stevenson was also added to the list with a thigh injury, so it's possible Ezekiel Elliott could see more snaps this weekend. 

CB Christian Gonzalez and LB Matthew Judon were expectedly listed as did not participate with Judon having surgery today and Gonzalez expected to undergo surgery soon.
