The team announced on Monday that they have signed running back Terrell Jennings, guard Ryan Johnson, linebacker Jay Person, and defensive end Jotham Russell.

Russell is a part of the International Pathways Program, meaning the team receives a roster exemption for him.

Along with these four signings, the Patriots have released running back Ke'Shawn Vaughn.
