According to his agent, Carter is not taking any meetings outside of the top 10 and has already met with the Philadelphia Eagles. His potent combination of raw athleticism and physical strength presents a daunting challenge for blockers. However, the manner in which Smart utilized Carter differs from how I believe an NFL defensive coordinator would utilize him. Despite this, Carter has the potential to be a starter right from day one, and his ceiling is incredibly high. With some refinement of the technical aspects of his game, this young man has the ability to soar in the NFL, becoming a dominant presence on the defensive line.
