With how unpredictable the NFL is from week-to-week, betting on over-under point totals can be tricky. Sit back and let us do the research for you as we determine the best over-under bets for Week 9.

*Odds subject to change

Los Angeles Rams-Seattle Seahawks OVER 48.5 points

The strength of both of these teams are their offenses. The returns of Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp have made all the difference in the world for the Rams as they racked up a combined 13 catches for 157 yards and a touchdown last week.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford easily had his best game of the season last week, throwing four touchdown passes. The Seahawks have ranked in the top half of the league in offense during the entire year and are getting star receiver DK Metcalf back from injury. There should be plenty of points to go around in this one.

Green Bay Packers-Detroit Lions UNDER 48 points

It appears that Packers quarterback Jordan Love will be a game-time decision to play in this game as he nurses a groin strain. Even if he plays, he will likely be limited and may not make it through the game.

If Love was healthy I would definitely bank on a shootout and bet the over, but since that's not the case I'm going with the under here. Also not to be dismissed is that the Lions are only giving up 19 points per game this season.

Kansas City Chiefs-Tampa Bay Buccaneers OVER 46 points

The Chiefs have found some consistency on offense over the past few weeks and are poised to explode very soon. Newly acquired wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins eased into Kansas City's offense last week with two catches on 23 snaps, and he should take on a bigger workload in this game with two weeks of practice now under his belt.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is coming off one of his best performances of the season against the Las Vegas Raiders last week, and now faces a Buccaneers defense that ranks 29th against the pass. I like the Chiefs to break 30 points for the first time this year, and Tampa Bay should score enough to combine for over 46 total points.
