Titans remaining needs

Tennessee's front office has made it a priority to fix the offensive line, securing the starting group with signings of Dan Moore and Kevin Zeitler. But the Titans should not be done adding. There are still plenty of need to address.

Quarterback – Obviously, the Titans are going to add another quarterback at some point. All signs point towards Cam Ward heading to Nashville with the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and joining a room that already has Will Levis and Brandon Allen.

Running back – We know that running back is a position that Tennessee does not feel comfortable with. Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears are not going anywhere, but I'm still expecting a power back to be added via free agency or the draft.

Wide receiver – The Titans simply need more at wide receiver. Van Jefferson is a fine addition as your WR3 or WR4, but this is still a really weak group after Calvin Ridley. Another veteran in free agency and a middle-round draft pick feels like the minimum.

Center – With Daniel Brunskill and Corey levin both departing in free agency, the Titans need a backup center for Lloyd Cushenberry.

Edge – Dre'Mont Jones is a nice addition, but Tennessee still has a lot of work to do if they want to improve one of the weakest position groups on the roster. In an ideal world, Arden Key would be used as more of a rotational pass rusher than an every-down edge defender. In order to make that happen, I think the Titans need to bring in another impactful pass rusher (of Jones' tier) in free agency and target a high-upside rookie in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Linebacker – Cody Barton is in and Kenneth Murray Jr. is out. The Titans are also parting ways with Jack Gibbens and relying on some of the younger players on the roster to take a step forward. Still, another addition should be made, preferably a veteran linebacker that excels in pass coverage.
