Former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jauan Jennings didn’t hold back on Sunday while discussing his lost fumble in the San Francisco 49ers’ 42-26 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

Jennings, who is in his sixth season with the 49ers, lost a fumble in the first quarter. It was the first lost fumble of Jennings’ NFL career.

Jauan Jennings says you won’t ever see him fumble again

Jennings, one of the most intense competitors in the NFL, unsurprisingly wasn’t happy with himself following the game.

The former Vol told reporters that they won’t see him fumble again.

“It’s a tough one,” said Jennings of the fumble. “Just super tough. I take it very hard on myself.”

“You won’t see another fumble, how about that?” added Jennings.

Jennings had a solid game against the Rams, finishing the afternoon with six receptions for 71 yards and a touchdown.

It’s clear, though, that the lost fumble in the first quarter is what will stick with Jennings the most from the loss to Los Angeles.
