The Tennessee Vols are the predicted landing spot for 2027 five-star running back David Gabriel Georges.

On3’s Pete Nakos logged a prediction on Monday for Tennessee to land the coveted running back over the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Gabriel Georges, a native of Canada, is scheduled to announce his commitment on July 22 at 5:30 PM ET.

“After speaking with a range of sources, I’ve logged a prediction for Gabriel Georges to land at Tennessee,” wrote Nakos. “Josh Heupel and his program have gone all out to land the top-10 recruit.”

Tennessee reportedly has the biggest NIL offer on the table for Gabriel Georges at nearly $6 million over three years. Ohio State’s offer is believed to be for around $3 million over three years.

According to Nakos, the Volunteers are also offering Gabriel Georges some other “perks.”

One of those perks is making it easier for his family to attend his college games.

“Tennessee is willing to offer additional perks beyond salary, making it easier for his family to attend his college games, sources said,” reported Nakos.

We’re not sure exactly what all that entails, but reading between the lines, it would seem to indicate that Tennessee is willing to pay for and set up travel and accommodations for Gabriel Georges’ family to make the trips from Canada to Knoxville (and potentially to road games as well) for UT’s football games.

We’ll see what decision Gabriel Georges makes on July 22. Tennessee has certainly done everything it can to win this battle.
