The Cleveland Browns are 4-2 heading into Week 7 of the NFL season and have a great opportunity to pick up their fifth win. They’ll have to do it on the road against the one-win Tennessee Titans this weekend. When the Browns take the field, they’re likely to get multiple notable starters back.

Cleveland got the job done against the Baltimore Ravens last week without running back Quinshon Judkins and defensive tackle Mason Graham, most notably. Both players could be back in the lineup against Tennessee, and that’s welcome news for a team trying to keep its momentum going.

Browns backfield could get two running backs back against the Titans

Browns head coach Todd Monken said on Wednesday that he is optimistic Judkins will be able to return this week. Monken also expressed optimism about running back Dylan Sampson, who hasn’t played since the season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Sampson served four games on injured reserve before the Browns brought him back to practice. Getting him back in the backfield alongside Judkins will be another boost for an offense that has struggled to run the football. A healthier running back room is going to be key for Cleveland getting the ground game going as it looks to string together wins in the second half of October.

Mason Graham has a pretty good chance to return for Cleveland

On the flip side, the defense could be getting its sack leader back. Monken said there’s a pretty good chance the Browns will have Graham back this week. Monken added that Graham actually wanted to play last Sunday against the Ravens and his former defensive coordinator at Michigan, Jesse Minter.

Getting Graham back would be a big boost for a Browns defense that ranks second in the NFL in sacks. Graham hasn’t been on the field since the Oct. 1 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Still, he’s already at four sacks, with all of those coming in Cleveland’s first three games. That includes two sacks in the Week 3 win over the Carolina Panthers.

Graham avoided injured reserve with his knee injury after missing the last couple of games. Now, he’s in line to return on the road against the Titans, and that is positive injury news for the Browns.

Browns still have key starters to monitor in Week 7

Not everything was positive when the Browns started practice on Wednesday. Starting safety Grant Delpit did not practice because he is dealing with a concussion. Starting center Elgton Jenkins was also out with a knee injury.

Additionally, defensive tackles Kalia Davis and Mike Hall Jr. did not participate. Neither did offensive lineman Teven Jenkins, which adds another name to watch along the offensive line.

Overall, Cleveland is in a pretty good spot from a health standpoint heading into a Week 7 game that is very winnable. A victory in Tennessee would move the Browns to 5-2. If they can get Delpit and Elgton Jenkins on the field as well, they’ll be in an even better spot.
