The Kansas City Chiefs have released their first injury report ahead of Week 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders.

The lone player not participating in practice on Wednesday for Kansas City? Chiefs starting LT Josh Simmons remains out, but this time we’ve got more information about why. Chiefs HC Andy Reid told reporters on Wednesday that Simmons is dealing with a bulging disc in his back. The injury is causing weakness in one leg.

As for other injuries, here’s a quick breakdown of the first Week 4 injury report for each team. Keep in mind that clubs can add to the injury report through Week 4’s kickoff on Sunday. They will release game status designations on Friday, Oct 2.
