The City is known for the Chiefs, who have won Super Bowls and are the lone dynasty of this era. With that, the brand’s notoriety and growth were enough to establish it internationally. They have played many games overseas in several countries—more than any other team.
So, while they haven’t played a game in Curaçao, they have played in other countries, enough for these players to know who the Chiefs are. And let’s face it, everyone knows who Patrick Mahomes is.
