Each game so far in the Utah Jazz and Memphis Grizzlies has been a shootout. The last three games in this series have seen at least one team score in the 120s and the total surpassing 230. The only game where the total was low and neither team scored in the 120s was game one, but the Jazz were without Donovan Mitchell. Expect this one to be a fast paced game with plenty of scoring in Utah.

The Pick: Jazz/Grizzlies Over 226.5 (-110)

The Why: Jazz/Grizzlies Offensive Weapons

For starters, we all know what the Utah Jazz have on offense. Led by Donovan Mitchell, they have Rudy Gobert, Mike Conley, Bojan Bogdanovic and Jordan Clarkson coming off the bench. That is a ton of offensive firepower. In the four games so far this series, the Jazz have had at least five players easily get in double digits. A big key for that is they lead the playoffs in three pointer attempts with over 40 a game and they are knocking down 41% of those. They have been able to get points from all over the floor with their ball movement and the Grizzlies have shown no signs of stopping them. Honestly, I’m not sure if any team can.

We know the Jazz are going to put up a ton of points. The only pause for concern is the Grizzlies offense, but based off their averages we will get plenty of scoring from them. Through six playoff games they have averaged 113 PPG but this series they are averaging 116. They continue to get production all over the floor with having at least 5 guys score in double digits a game. Ja Morant has turning into a superstar averaging 31 PPG and he is getting more than enough help from backcourt mate Dillon Brooks who is averaging 25.5 PPG this series. Grayson Allen has also been a guy that contributed to the scoring and De’Anthony Melton is capable of going off like he did in game four.

All in all, everything is pointing to the over in this matchup. I expect a high tempo pace that will lead to a lot of three point attempts and plenty of points. The Jazz are good for at least 120 points at home. That means the Grizzlies only need to score 107. I think that’s a safe bet. This is the best bet on the NBA board tonight and that’s why it’s our AtoZ Pick Of The Day.

Yesterday’s Pick: Nuggets/Trailblazers Over 225.5💰

Wow! That was a crazy game last night. I said the Nuggets would shoot much better at home and they definitely did. I also said Damian Lillard would have a better night on the offensive end, and all he did was score 55 and hit 12 threes. Easy and relaxing night gets thing off to the right start. Let’s keep it going!
