Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs have landed a commitment from local four-star defensive lineman Seven Cloud, again.
Cloud, a Power Springs native and product of McEachern High School, initially committed to Georgia in 2021 as a member of the Bulldogs' 2023 recruiting class.
However, following a stop at Butler Community College in El Dorado, Kansas, Cloud is back.
“I’m extremely happy right now and blessed to be back in the situation where I was before,” Cloud told DawgsHQ’s Jeremy Johnson after officially committing again. “I had to face a lot of adversity and a lot of backlash but I just kept my head down and kept working and I knew someday God would bring me back to what I wanted the most
"… (Coach Tray Scott) was calling to let me know that he was still proud of me and everything that I had come through and done over these past couple of years after de-committing from Georgia. He said he can’t wait to have me back and that he loves me and told me to keep grinding.”
Cloud, 6-foot-4, 300 pounds, is the No. 6 nationally ranked prospect in junior college and the No. 3 ranked defensive lineman, per On3.
He becomes the fourth player to commit to Georgia's class of 2026, joining wide receiver Vance Spafford, tight end Lincoln Keyes, and cornerback Jonatavius Wyman.
