Georgia Bulldogs fans are loving backup quarterback Gunner Stockton even more after finding out what kind of vehicle he drives.

The former four-star recruit from Tiger, Georgia could drive nearly any vehicle he wants to, but instead, whips around in a 1984 Ford F-150 with 300,000 miles on it, no air conditioning, power locks, or power windows.

That's a crazy contrast to starting quarterback Carson Beck's $300,000 bright green Lamborgini.

But according to Stockton's teammates, the young quarterback isn't into the flashy things in life.

“Yeah, I mean he’s just a down-to-earth kind of guy," linebacker Chaz Chambliss said of Stockton. "He’s not all about the flash, he’s just all about being in the game and being with his teammates.”

With Beck ruled out of the playoffs after undergoing surgery on his elbow, Stockton will make his first career start for the Bulldogs against Notre Dame on Jan. 1.

Sure, Stockton's simple man lifestyle has Georgia fans loving him at the moment, but a win over Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl on New Year's Day will help him gain a lot of respect.
