Just when the Oklahoma Sooners thought they would somewhat be on the good side of the injury list for their matchup against the Missouri Tigers, they got bad news.

And, when I say good side, I mean it doesn't really get more significant of an injury than your starting quarterback being out, and that's what the Tigers are going through this weekend.

Brady Cook is doubtful for the Tigers on Saturday, and that's bad news for them. They haven't played well this season despite the good record they have. They still have a lot of flaws, a lot that the Sooners can exploit.

And, originally they got some pretty good news on their side of things, too, as the Sooners are set to potentially get both Jalil Farooq and Deion Burks back on Saturday.

But nothing could prepare them for the news we all got on Saturday night. Jovantae Barnes, who has pretty much been the starting running back, and has played well the last few games, is set to be out, according to Josh Callaway of 247 Sports.

This will leave the door open for Gavin Sawchuk, who is questionable, along with Taylor Tatum and Sam Franklin, the true freshman RBs.

This game is going to be a weird one, with both teams having significant injuries.
