If you paid for the early access, you'll be able to play EA Sports' College Football 25 videogame starting this Monday. The rest of the players will have to wait until July 19th.

Well, actual college football players have a very specific reason to spend a few extra dollars for the early access as Coach Vass recently revealed that EA Sports is approaching several colleges to put their teams' actual playbooks on the game to help players memorize it.

Coach Vass later clarified "they are not putting their playbooks into the game for the public. They are going to the colleges and putting the playbooks in for the players to learn."

In other words, EA Sports is going to the trouble of adding this to the videogame for a very small portion of its player base as regular players will not even get to enjoy this for obvious reasons (imagine teams putting their playbooks out there into the world for everyone to see).

I do wonder how many secrecy-obsessed coaches are going to take the risk of sharing the information but I'm assuming some will be willing to roll the dice. After all, coaches know their players will be investing many hours into the videogame which has generated an overwhelming amount of hype ahead of its release.

The best part about this tidbit of information is that it truly goes to show the amount of love for the game that the team developing the much-anticipated videogame has for it. They're not taking any detail lightly.

But since we average Joes won't get to use the real playbooks, I guess my new dynasty will once again be based around the triple option. Now I just have to figure out which school I'm taking over.
