Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin has been relentless in the transfer portal ahead of the 2024 season. Kiffin, who many refer to as the Portal King, continues to load up on talent by adding two playmakers at the wide receiver position over the weekend.

The Rebls picked up a commitment from Southern Illinois transfer Izaiah Hartrup on Friday afternoon. Hartrup stands at six feet tall and 183 pounds and is coming off a 2023 campaign where the rising junior recorded 51 catches for 706 yards and six touchdowns for the Salukis.

Kiffin followed up the addition of Hartrup by reeling in North Texas transfer WR Jordan Smart on Saturday. Smart tallied 19 catches for 230 yards and a touchdown out of the slot last season. The 5-foot-10 180-pound grad transfer has one year of eligibility remaining.

The Rebels are loaded at the wide receiver position with depth pieces that could easily start elsewhere in the power five. Tre Harris, Antwane 'Juice' Wells Jr. and Jordan Watkins headline a highly-touted wide receiver room will give opposing defensive coordinators nightmares throughout the 2024 season.

Ole Miss starting quarterback Jaxson Dart will be surrounded with talented pass catchers as he's already receiving plenty of buzz as a potential Heisman candidate.
