Florida State Seminoles and their boosters gives fans a sneak peak of stadium renovations, and it’s going to make some fans very upset
Boosters gave fans a sneak peak of what the Seminoles’ new stadium renovations will look like.
The 2025 season isn’t far away. Football is almost here, and that’s beyond exciting, even for a team like the Florida State Seminoles, who won just two games last year.
Yes, it’s hard to be hopeful for a team that looked like the worst Power Four team in the country, and that’s probably because they were the worst. But, good things seem to be on the way within the program. Then again, it’s pretty hard not to be better than two wins. If it gets worse than that, it’s pretty obvious that head coach Mike Norvell won’t have a job in Tallahassee for 2026.
But, things are looking up for the Seminoles when it comes to 2025. The recruiting class they brought in is really good on paper and even getting a great return in fall camp. And, their 2026 class looks like it could end up being even better.
Then you add in the fact that one of the best stadiums in all of college football had some renovations done, too. And, man, they look great, but there fans probably won’t like them. I’m willing to say they will even be upset with them.
Seminoles booster club gives sneak peak of stadium renovations
Doak Campbell Stadium is truly one of the greatest spectacles in all of college football. It’s one of the best stadiums in college football, but also has some amazing history to go along with it.
However, I think we can all agree that some renovations needed to be made for a stadium that was built in 1950, making it 75 years old. And, their athletics program decided the same thing, so some renovations have been underway for a bit now, and the booster club gave a sneak peak.
The first thing you notice about these pictures, has to be the black seats. Sure, they aren’t fully plastic, but who decided black seats? The season starts in a few weeks, and there are plenty of games played in the state of Florida, where the sun gets to you more than any other state, and the black seats are just going to melt peoples skin.
That’s something that fans won’t be happy about.
