Kansas City Chiefs’ inactive players list for Week 6 vs. Los Angeles Chargers has one key difference after the bye week
The Kansas City Chiefs have revealed their inactive players ahead of Week 6 kickoff against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Kansas City Chiefs have announced their inactive players ahead of their Week 6 tilt with the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium.
The Chiefs had already ruled out LT Josh Simmons and WR Rashee Rice for Week 6, so no surprises there. Veteran CB L’Jarius Sneed was listed as questionable heading into this game with his nagging knee injury. He’s officially active for Sunday and will play against the Chargers.
Here’s a closer look at the inactive players for Kansas City and Los Angeles.
Kansas City Chiefs’ inactive players

Chiefs’ practice squad elevations are both active for Week 6 vs. the Chargers
The group of inactives doesn’t look much different for Kansas City than it did in Week 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders. The main difference is that the team has seven inactive players for Week 6, with Rashee Rice occupying that seventh spot.
The Chiefs elevated WRs Andrew Armstrong and Justin Watson for the Week 6 game against the Chargers. Both players are active for Sunday’s game, with Tyquan Thornton and Rice out. I expect both to contribute on offense, while WR Nikko Remigio will likely handle return specialist duties.
The Chargers, of course, are missing several starters in Week 6. They’re currently one of the NFL’s most injured teams. That group includes Joe Alt, Kayode Awosika, Donte Jackson, Tre’ Harris, and Derwin James, all listed as inactive. Several starters are also on injured reserve, including LT Rashawn Slater.
