The Indianapolis Colts are preparing for their regular season opener against the Houston Texans on September 8.
They may be busy getting ready for that important game, but wide receivers coach and Colts legend Reggie Wayne still has time to have some fun at starting quarterback Anthony Richardson's expense.
This post by Wayne is about the Miami Hurricanes taking on the Florida Gators on Saturday to kick off their college football season. In that game, Wayne's alma mater, Miami, stomped Richardson's, Florida, by a score of 41 to 17.
Wayne had to rub this big win in the face of the young quarterbacks. He has always been a proud Hurricane alum who, over the years, has even rubbed a big win in the face of Indiana fans when the opportunity presents itself.
What makes this even better is that Wayne included his followers in on the fun. He posted asking for Richardon's personal account or "@" so that he could tag him in the original post shown above. The beauty of college football always comes out during these types of rivalries, whether it's between two schools in the state like Miami and Florida or countless other matchups where the bragging rights by winning are worth more than the average game.
